The Baobab « Reniala » or « Renala », the mother of the forest in Malagasy, is known worldwide thanks to the spectacular “Baobabs Alley.”

This is the most emblematic of the 6 species endemic to Madagascar on the 8 species of baobab that exist on the planet. Up to 30 m high and 7.5 m in diameter that giant of the dry forest in the southwest region produces “superfruits” full of vitamin C, antioxidants, minerals and very oilseeds.

Renala collects ethically the fruits around the Kirindy Mitea National Park in order to reduce the pressure on natural forest resources and to limit slash and burn.

Renala produces virgin vegetable oil Baobab by cold pressing the seeds, followed by a fine filtration.

It’s a dry vegetable oil, which does not leave a greasy film on the skin. It is rich in antioxidants triglycerides, essential fatty acids and vitamins, which gives it excellent anti-aging properties.

Baobab oil is very moisturizing and a good cell regenerative particularly suitable for the care of sensitive, irritated or chapped skin. It has been shown to increase elastin of the skin and thus its elasticity. This property helps to prevent stretch marks especially for pregnant women.

Apply to the skin or the hair. Baobab oil tends to solidify below 18 ° C which does not affect its quality.
